These dual layer thermal's arrived sooner than expected and fit as stated and expected. I'm in the cold daily for about 4 to 6 hours and sometimes 8 hours and wearing these I didn't get cold at all. I didn't even feel the wind on my legs like you do with other long johns. The only thing I don't like about these is that there's no elastic in the ankles just stitched and a bit hard to get off the feet. These are still the best thermals I have had. My wife is sewing some elastic on the ankles for me. Yes I would recommend these to anyone and everyone.
