I love these boots! As with most Miz Mooz, the leather is soft and looks very nice. The heel is low enough to walk and stand comfortably for extended periods. There is not much padding, so I've found thick socks help out a bit...fortunately, the boots are roomy in the ball-of-foot and toe area, so there would be space available to add a liner if one so desired. I normally wear a size 8-8.5, and these boots fit great in a size 8. They may be a bit large/wide for someone who has narrower feet. I've worn these with jeans/casual attire, dresses/tights, and even dress pants at a conference to add a bit of edge. They are super versatile and definitely made packing for a business trip easy since they can transition so well. Overall, I would highly recommend!
